Health & Safety
Whilst we make sessions enjoyable and fun, regular punctual attendance is required that proves commitment to self improvement and willingness to learn.
We take health and safety very seriously, we expect all students to be wearing supportive trainers with appropriate comfortable clothing (No Jeans) and to participate in warm up sessions to avoid risk of injury.
We encourage students to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
